Check In/Out Policy:
Please park and walk in with your child through the designated entryway, unless other arrangements have been agreed upon by ST staff. Pick-up in the carpool lane.
If someone other than you will be picking
your child up, please let us know beforehand. If this is NOT
possible, then be sure whoever is picking them up is listed on your
registration form as an authorized Release of Child contact. Also,
please be sure they know to bring appropriate identification. Please
be sure to list anyone who should NOT be allowed to pick up your
child on the registration form.
To ensure prompt pick-up, there is a late charge for any child picked up after 1:30 p.m. The late charge is $1.00 per minute.
If you are unable to get here on time, call ahead and let us know.
Sick Policy:
Please do not send your child if he/she is ill. We are only able to accept well children. If your child has been sick, please wait until he/she has been symptom-free for 24 hours before allowing them to return to Smart Toddlers. If your child contracts a contagious disease, please inform one of your caregivers.
If your child becomes ill while he/she is in our care, we will contact you immediately. Please be sure to include emergency numbers on your child's registration form in case you cannot be reached.

What to bring:
- Every item brought to Smart Toddlers ™ should be clearly labeled with the child's name.
- Extra disposable diapers for children who are in diapers and extra pull-ups, training pants, etc., for children being potty trained.
- A change of clothing for all children.
- An additional supply list may be provided.
